I have been in customer service for over 12 years, Beth from scheduling at the neurology department is very rude and short. She was rude to my husband as well as myself when I called and spoke to her. Not helpful at all, just very short and rude. Like you are inconveniencing her. I hope in the future for other patients she is more positive and helpful.

Wonderful clinic, I've been seeing Dr Zinkhan for ten years, he is so kind and compassionate about my MS. I really think all the staff are fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Will not go back. First, i had an afternoon appointment, they changed to early morning. The clinic is 50 miles from my house in rush hour traffic. Arriving 15 minutes late, they told me I would have to reschedule. Staff was not understanding and showed little concern for my inconvenience, though acknowledging they changed my appointed time in the first place.

If you see a neurologist at the University of Utah you will need a referral from either a primary care doctor or a specialist and they are booked out 4 months or more. I would discuss this with your primary care physician before you do anything. check with your insurance coverage first before arranging an appointment at the U to make sure you are covered before making an appointment

How to have appointment
