What is the point of a water / sewer emergency numbers if no one picks up or returns messages. Same with customer service. Ridiculous

Terrible company that continuously raises water/sewer prices. Our usage is comparable to family members who are not stuck with reading water authorities but yet our bill is 100s more and keeps going up despite same usage. I wish there was a way to shop around and not be stuck with garbage companies

Had a sewage problem with some backup in the basement. Called at 6pm on Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. They were out in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem out at the curb. We thought that we would be without showers and toilet usage. Not so they were terrific . Thanks sewer guys.

This company is horrible and should be shut down. - Multiple boil water advisories over the past 4 years; maybe up to once or twice a month now in the same areas - last year 3 boil water advisories in one area within 3 months - disgustingly bad water quality; I need a reverse osmosis system to remove the metals & giardia cysts which make myself & my dog sick. Tastes horrible. - hard water stains everything - auto billing of 70-85 a month; even if you cannot use the water - constant mainline breaks that take 3+ days to repair & test - inconsistent notification of boil water advisories via phone; so unless you check online you won't know where and when water in the city is poisonous It's bad enough that either the government should take over or the company should be sold or at least handed off to a different area with better water. At this point I'd rather have Kutztown or even Philadelphia water, and I've only had Philly water as a visitor.
