The don't provide support after hours or on Sundays. My internet goes down all the time. I work from home. Having your internet go out every other week is frustrating. Looking for a new provider. Once again Connext is down and no tech support. Beyond frustrated. I have complained about this repeatedly. I don't think anyone cares because the problem has been happening since February 2022.

Meh. That is the one word I would use to sum up the service. This is due to the consistency of the much lower than advertised average speed. Don't expect Gig speed, not even at night when fewer people are using the service. The upside is it is much cheaper than most of the alternatives out there with the same speeds. That is why it is 2 stars instead of only 1. It would be nice if the average speeds where not 1/3 the promised speed. When it was installed the tech used his laptop to display the speeds. 900 Mb/s up and down speeds. I haven't seen that speed since he walked out the door. The speeds are underwhelming at best and severely disappointing at the worst.

I have the gigabit fiber internet and it works well when it's up, but I loose service for roughly 1 second several hundred times a day and loose service for 15 min - a few hours a few times a week. If you work from home, I'd stay away as your internet will be down all the time. Update - after opening a ticket, they responded quickly and have been troubleshooting. My internet has been very stable since they did some work on their core. I now recommend them for great customer service and really fast internet.

Just got fiber ran into my house, speeds are great i used the deco m5 mesh network routers easy easy. Happy to get off comcast hated always having to negotiate prices with comcast.

If it's your Wi-Fi try getting a better router and modem if needed. You will see a huge difference.
