For some reason there are never employees in the designated sections to help. We waited in lawn/garden for help and again in flooring where we finally went to another area for help. There are plenty of people working, but they all seem to gather and visit. There is no focus on customer service at this location!

Do not buy your appliances here, they are horrible at communicating and everyone blames each other for mistakes. I have had three different men tell me this isn’t my fault. No one wants to take responsibility l bought a washer and dryer and they have come out 3 times and I still don’t have my dryer hooked up. It’s sad when they don’t have the right parts to hook up your dryer and all they can say is this isn’t my fault. It’s literally their job to install these things, then when I call to talk to the manager he asks me what parts I need, well first of all the guys that came barely speak English and all I know is they are telling me they don’t have the right stuff to do it. Why doesn’t he ask them what parts they need? Nobody wants to take any responsibility, they just play the blame game, it’s ridiculous. Then the guy tries to get me to sign that they have finished the job when they haven’t and I said I would sign when they came back and hooked up my dryer like I paid them to do. He got ticked off and said fine I’ll sign it myself, scribbled what looked like a bad word and stormed out of my house. I will never do business with Lowe’s again. Too bad for them I was going to buy all my appliances for my basement kitchen but not now.

Im not sure, but I know home depot does, so imagine that Lowe's does as well. Me myself, I believe that in the long run it would be cheaper to have a tree removal company grind it out. We're using Nyes tree removal, they've done a real professional looking job so far.
If they carry it will be on aisle 6 I know they have the vertical blind replacements.
