I wasn’t going to write a review but a couple of months have passed and I am not very happy. I don’t even feel like they deserve one star. They keep coming up with excuses as to why my brothers headstone isn’t placed yet but they sure got their $5,000.00. They told us it would be in the ground by Memorial Day and now they are saying that the granite won’t be here for another 5-6 months. My family is trying to grieve and be at peace but they’re making it very difficult for my family. I think they forgot to put our order in so they are now back peddling. Just be honest with your customers because our loved ones are buried there. Also the staff is horrible to work with. They say they will call you back and never do.

They don't seem to care about the plots east of the main entrance on Combe Rd. Won't respond with anything but that they are short staffed, but the Washington Blvd cemetery and the rest of the one Combe Rd were in better shape than this section.

Couldn’t drop flowers at 1:30 pm on a Saturday because the sprinklers were going off on a 90 degree day (what the heck are you doing??) and we didn’t want to damage them. it was also muddy from them going off for too long.

Heart broken at the condition of the cemetery on Mother's Day. I have been coming yearly for over 50 years and the grounds have never been so full of dandelions and patches of dead grass. I know they lost trees recently and that's been cleaned up but I sure hope they get this weeded and looking good by Memorial Day.

I was wondering why Lindquist Washingto Memorial Gardens didn't send out a message that they will be cleaning up the grounds? I had a very nice decoration on my daughter's grave site and now it is gone.

We very sorry that your decorations were missing from your daughter's grave. When our crew picks up the decorations they will put the real nice ones by the shop. We have found, however, that other people are aware when we pick them up and sometimes get there a day early and take them. It would be virtually impossible to contact everyone who might have a decoration on a grave so we put signs out at all our cemeteries telling everyone who comes in when that will be. After winter we always pick them up March 1. We also have a schedule at the office or you can always call us. Again, we apologize about your decorations but please go by the shop and see if they might be there.

How long will flowers remain after memorial day 2021?

Flowers will be removed tomorrow morning beginning at about 6:00 A.M. There was a sign up when you enter into the cemetery each year giving the date.

Why have flowers been removed two days before Mothers day??

Maxine Nevarez | Oct 16, 2021
Lindquist Washington Heights Memorial Park | Oct 16, 2021

It is likely that our mower removed them as he mowed the lawns in the cemetery. He is new this year and while we try to train them to only remove the old flowers it is possible he removed some fresh ones also. Mother's Day flowers will be picked up on the 17th. If your flowers were fresh we apologize.

Would I be able to do a Paranormal Investigation there? I'm trying to become a Paranormal Investigator and I don't live very far from the place so I figured it'd be a perfect spot to start, if you're willing to let me of course.

I would think you would be welcome to conduct an investigation as long as you weren't intrusive or disruptive to any families or others visiting the memorial park.

Do Paranormal Investigators come here? If so, how often?

Some one came a few years ago but nobody before or since (to our knowledge).
