Publix Pharmacy in Seminole is the WORST pharmacy I have ever seen. In the last couple years, medications are consistently wrong counts and not available when promised. Having to go back 2 and three times to find out that the medicines that were promised by phone for a date and time were again not available is something that happens more often than not! Pick ANY OTHER PHARMACY. ANY OTHER!

I am so grateful for the excellent help I received this past Fri 7/9/22 at my local Publix Pharmacy store # 1320 Pharmacist Irene and pharmacy assistant Courtney were so kind and efficient in helping me get my prescription refilled. I was out of refills and Publix pharmacy had requested a refill order from my doctor , contacting the office 4 different days to try and get the refill. The doctor’s office finally did send the script but unfortunately to the wrong place. I told the other Pharmacy that I was using Publix now with Good RX and paying $40. less than the CVS price. They were very nice and went ahead and cancelled the order. By Friday ,Publix had not received the refill order from my doctor and I wasn’t able to contact him. I was worried nothing could be done now, since I had cancelled the script at CVS. But ,happily a script transfer was possible and in no time I had my medicine. In the end it seemed to be just a simple phone call between pharmacists but I am a very grateful customer who appreciates when employees are diligent, professional and courteous, and followed through to help me get my script filled. I hope Publix realizes and appreciates employees like Irene and Courtney. Thank you Mrs.EDK

I've not had problems with this pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy at store #1320 has been very professional.

My last visit there was horrible. Not feeling well and waiting at the pickup window, 2 others walked past and up to the drop-off side, were waited on while I was completely ignored. I was mad and told the assistant(Cindy) & she wanted to argue with me about who was served first. I've had positive experience with all other pharmacy techs in the past, but arguing when she was wrong prompted me to write this review.
