So I work with someone in this complex and in the last year it has made a dramatic improvement. Thank you so much because I really hated working there every week. Now I can go help my client and not feel scared,,,,,Well 2022 and I believe we are back sliding again. Please clean it up..... my client can't even walk down to the ground level because DOGS are running loose and jump on him.

I currently live here (since Feb 2020) and price is cheaper than most for the location. Units are not well kept and are infested with rodents/insects. Residents are retired or low income families. Cops come often. Dogs bark for hours on end and poop everywhere. Pool is usually occupied with unattended kids acting crazy or large loud parties. Trash all over the property and overflows from receptacles. Management ignores requests for maintenance. If they really have to fix something they will replace with older/used items. Maintenance staff unqualified (typically handyman residents that change with the wind). Your definitely getting what you pay for here.
