Lost of problems. They are very slow to respond when maintenance is needed. It's extremely difficult to even reach anyone much less get them to actually service your request.

Honestly too tell the truth, those units are not worth $925.00 a month. They have a lot of work that needs to be done, also they have a lot of bedbug problems and roaches
