I have had nothing but EXCELLENT and quick service from the staff at this Publix pharmacy. It's such a relief and a refreshing change of pace from other Publix pharmacy locations. I'm so glad I live near this Publix. The pharmacy staff is a pleasure every time. I highly recommend this location to everyone, even if it's a further drive from their home or work.

Went in to get a refill of a medication on the way home from visiting mother in rehab. 6:40 I went to wait on a prescription while I picked up a few thing, I encounter once again this oriental woman who refused to fill an order foe E liquis for my mom who had just been released from the hospital from a heart attack. This time she told me they couldn't fill it because they were going to close. Unacceptable and heartless. I called to find their names and M.I.C. was nice but suggested I go to a store on Park Blvd which stayed open until 7. At that moment it was 7:02. 1st he said pharmacy closes at 6 and I was there at 6:40 and they were still open and oriental said getting ready to close. Was I in the twilight zone??

Gotten to be the worst ever service, using FALSE statements. Told me I needed a hard copy of the prescription or they couldn't fill my prescription because of law, and my doctor could not electronically send it. Absolute BS. Also they could not figure out the prescription after consulting with my doctors head nurse. I needed to fill this and have it mailed to me as I was out of town. I know they don't mail so had a friend to do that. (just poor service). After fighting with them for THREE WEEKS to try to fill this, I gave up. Happened to walk into another Publix Pharmacy where I was at and my Dr faxed the Rx in and I had the prescription in my hand the next morning! And MUCH less money that the Publix at Dumhe Road quoted. They used to be great, and over the years, just got worse and worse. I'll NEVER go back there. It's amazing that two different Publix Pharmacys are SO different!
