We took my mom there for her 90th birthday last summer and we all loved it. The gulf is only 100' from the back of the building making for a very short walk to the water. Shopping is everywhere and just a short ride to John's Pass and Treasure Island. So highly recommended that we're going back in September!

Different units have different owners the three units I know of do...they are fully furnished...it just depends on who your renting it from and what they have in their unit

Not sure,stayed in 100, which was not scenic and a view of the parking lot.I would assume 401 is fine with a golf view.
