Our family of 6 stayed at Seaview last week and loved our stay! The property is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins from our balcony every morning and amazing sunsets every night. We loved using the sand toys/chairs that past guests left (assuming) and we had TONS of towels to use (always a plus!). The only negative was the bathrooms don't have exhaust venting, but that could just be due to the age of the building. We will be back!!!

Hi Randy, most owners allow smoking on their balcony only with the closed as you noted. Smoking is also allowed by the pool hut. However, we do ask that you be respectful of others and children and smoke as far from others as possible.

No they don't but we stayed there this year and its beautiful! Madeira beach is awesome!!!!
