Not all Enterprises are the same. I had issues with others, but the manager, Neil Macias of the Enterprise at 8438 Reseda Blvd changed my mind. I was so happy to get the service and just kindness, that you would expect from a company that advertises about their family values and way of doing business. I’m a business owner and I try to treat every client like my biggest, no matter how small the order and it’s nice to be treated the same way. Not only were we treated well at pick up of the car, but on its return as well. I truly thought I was going to change who I used for car rentals, but after this experience I’m happy to say I will use Enterprise again! I sure hope they do whatever they can to keep Neil with their company!

They open from 8 am to 6 pm Saturday 9 am to 1 pm closed on sundays
I believe they close at 12 or 1pm, Sundays they are closed.
You need to call the location where you purchased the vehicle and ask to speak with the office manager.
I think you can bring back by 12 PM next day. But you must ask the Representative helping you to make sure.
You need to call the closest location and, in most cases, they will arrange to give you a ride.
Don't know, but if referred by body shop, they probably have a lower rate.
