Starr Beauty is a cute makeup store in the city of Northridge. They offer threading and customer service is always spot on. You won’t regret shopping here . If you plan on spending less than $10 , bring cash as there is a $10 minimum for card :)

This place is absolute rubbish with horrible customer care, racism & scam like tendencies. For starters they told me I couldn’t use my card to buy items less than $10 so I was forced to look for an additional item that I didn’t need. Then they refused to swap an item for me claiming it was a return yet I hadn’t left the store!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Quick and efficient! I was out in less than 10 minutes and after the threading was over they gave me some aloe! Very friendly staff. I will be coming back :)

For threading part, we sanitize after each customers and due to covid, we only provide eyebrow threading service. We ask every customers to wear masks and keep the social distances.
