We lived there for almost 2 years. Due to the rental increase we decided to move. The trash was always overflowing and it’s still (we visit our friend there). We even saw a dead rat one time. I would never pay $2600 or $2700 for this place. Here are some additional pros and cons: Pros: - Very close to 93, Raytheon, IRS, Andover Medical Center - Garages - Elevator - Heat included Cons: - Kids playing in the halls (noise level) - Packages being stolen - Maintenance requests weren’t responded to within a timely manner or techs didn’t know what to do - You could have noisy neighbors above you if you’re not on the 3rd floor (walls/ceilings are poorly insulated) - Paint peeled easily I would definitely talk to your potential neighbors if you’re viewing an apartment.

I lived at Hamilton Green for 5 years and only reason for leaving was because I purchased a house! Lisa Perez was always professional, helpful and very fast with responses in any help I needed!

We lived at this complex for 9 years and were very happy there. We especially appreciated the support provided by Lisa Perez (Assistant Property Manager). Lisa was always very professional and went out of the way to help us, be it for maintenance issues, lease queries, etc. Some examples of her prompt response include when we had issues with our water heater and A/C. Lisa made sure these issues were quickly addressed, and in the meantime ensured that we had temporary options available (portable AC, use of bathroom at an adjacent empty unit) while contractors were engaged to make repairs. Thank you Lisa for making our stay a pleasant one.
