For a store that promotes fresh produce why is it there were no fresh green beans that I could pick mostly at this time of year. The ones that were trimmed when I took them out of there plastic bag I had to trim them again because the ends were black. When I asked the produce person about wax beans the answer I got was unprofessional he said "no eats those they are terrible" I said I enjoy them. Very disappointed in the store

I recently went to this store and was shocked to see that several cashier lines had been removed and replaced with self cashiering lines instead! Apparently even with Whole Foods prices they expect me to be a unpaid cashier as if this were Wal-Mart or something! A woman went to the 12 items line and was rudely told that it no longer exists and to go to the self cashiering line instead! I was behind her and even though I only had three items I went to one one the few cashiers left and waited in a long line. It wouldn't be so bad if they gave you a discount for replacing their workers but they don't even do that. Perhaps 1% off to replace their former cashiers? If the 12 items line isn't restored I will find somewhere else to shop.

At this location, I had an incredible, unforgettable memory. I could reclaim my stolen cellphone in roughly 40 minutes. I went the restroom and left my phone there, but with the incredible assistance of Andover residents and Whole Foods Market workers, I was able to locate my phone. We greatly appreciate your assistance and like to express our gratitude for your generosity and candor. This was an incredible event that I will never forget. Oh, and the food and everything else in the market were fantastic as well!

I was there this week. It is still expensive. Almost no visible benefits from having been bought by Amazon. Customer service is sporadic. It would be my last choice to go shopping there.. It feels that the aisles are more crammped. I was there today and nothing has changed. Only two samples. The signs for 10% are huge, but number of items that this discount applies are indeed few as evident by my pictures. The place is good for a walk on a cold evening. I do not recommend it. It is overrated.
