Review: I have been going to this store since the new owner took over at least over a decade ago. The customer service has always been exceptional. Kevin and Joe will personally come out to assist with lifting packages from my car into the store. They always advise me on the best choice and shipping method even if it is less money for them. They have a true interest in customer relationships. I wish all UPS stores had such exemplary service. They have set the bar so high that if I go in another location, I can’t help but to be disappointed. This review is long overdue! However, I was appalled to see two negative reviews in the past week. I think people should only write honest reviews with integrity. Keep up the great work guys! Always a great experience when in the area.
