This is a company that has had to change hands several times, due to their very shady and down right unethical practices. It was CR Properties when I initially dealt with them. Our home (though looked good on the outside) held a ton of dangerous conditions. Mold, live wires behind drywall, leaking pipes, along with flat out lies on issues.
