You can walk in but if they feel it's not an emergency then you will be asked to pay upfront or leave like I was.

are they allowed to forcefully grab you and push you out the door when you're trying to call for someone to pick you up to take you home

They are NOT allowed to physically put their hands on you. Security would have to call local P.D. to escort you off the property. If a security guard physically grabs you, then that is assault.
