Another DUMP of a apartment we used to live at. And we weren’t the only ones that were treated nasty! I asked the staff if the carpet was cleaned and was told yes it was. Well, when we moved in black mold came up through the carpet. It was all over the carpet! They lied to us and the people across from us had the same thing. When the lease was up they made us pay for the damage of the carpet. So they never cleaned the carpet just wanted money! They have a carpet cleaning service come in and push the stains deep in the carpet. I lost a service dog from the black mold and odor.

Where do I start. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this property a few times. They do not answer the phones I call at different times of day and I have yet to get ahold of anyone. I visited the property yesterday 06/30/22 at 4:30pm and no one was at the office when it clearly states they close at 5:30pm. A waste of time and unprofessional
