This place is amazing. Everyone was really nice, I didn’t wait too long, they listened to my issue I was having. I’ve been needing to see a gyno, but everyone I called was charging 150-300$ just to be seen. This place covered my issues, prescribed me something to fix it, fixed it, and am having a checkup to make sure everything is going well. And they’ll send you to the ascension for labs for free. This place is definitely helpful. 💜💜

BAD SERVICE… I tried to see a provider to diagnose a pain in my leg so I scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm. First was told there was no appt that existed, until I showed a confirmation. Then was prompted to wait in my car, from there I was told someone would be with me. I had to wait until 4:00pm to finally get a call. The “provider” did nothing but refer me to otc medicine, which I explained I tried first before doing anything. Then said he could not help me further. The point is is they never looked into my leg at all, they went off of what I self diagnosed myself. Very Disappointing. They also took all of my information including paystubs to not look into my pain.

You have to be a Duval County resident, first of all. As for cataract surgery, they have free vision testing every few months, and I don't know if they will refer you from there or if the clinic will refer you. I suggest calling the clinic and verifying to be sure. They do have referral Drs for certain specialties, I just don't know what all of the specialties are.
You can call and ask. But anything they don't do in the clinic, they will give you a referral to a specialist. And just make sure you get the specialist appointment letter from them, and it will be no cost to you.
I made my first one online with no problem. And have already had blood work done and blood pressure medicine. Vary impressed so far.
