I cannot give Enterprise Car Seles the worst rating as in the end my issues were taken care of but with complaining and bickering. I am is used to CarMax for my used car purchase but since I have always trusted Enterprise for their great rental arm, I would give the sales devision a whirl and was I whirled. I had set in stone with a reservation to see my new truck I was going to buy . A 2020 Ram Truck Laramie which is top of the line. When ready too leave I called to ask a question and the truck was sold from underneath me. Strike 1. The second issue is my purchase was done by cash in form of a cashiers check. My trade was undervalued but that was ok. I made the sale without seeing what I bought and it should not have taken 3 1/2 hours to do so not financing and got the extended warranty. Strike 2 The third issue is there was no Berliner as promised and also the rear sensor module and harness was not working. It took forever and my repairs were being held as the cashiers check bounced. They never bounce unless stopped by the purchaser which was not the case. Strike 3 I had to go back to the bank after the check was returned literally knowing I am not an owner of a vehicle until this is squared away. It took 1 1/2 hours to get it resolved at the bank and finally my truck was delivered the way it should be. Justin, Diego and one of the managers there did take care of me during this nonsense but even then I would NOT recommend Enterprise at all. You dropped the ball folks.
