Believe the reviews. WORST ups store ever. Staff is beyond rude, service is slow and unprofessional. I went to ship a box “zero box” specially designed to be locked without tape, the cardboard is sturdy and folded in a way that prevents the contents to come out. The clerk insisted that I needed to pay for the “tape service” of $1.75 or otherwise they wouldn’t take it. I explained and showed them that the box is designed that way and does not need any tape, and also I wouldn’t pay half of the retail price of a roll of tape just for 10inches of their tape, its a ripoff. They are looking for opportunities to over charge customers. $1.50 to print a label, come on! I did need the label, and paid their price but the tape service was unnecessary. I showed them how the box locks itself and why tape wasn’t necessary and they wouldn’t understand it or accept it. They are probably trained to sell these unnecessary services so their 2 star business can profit more after all the businesses they lose for poor quality of service. Needless to say, I would never come back here. This is not the first time they have been rude and slow. This franchise shouldn’t be doing business anymore until they reconsider their business model and acquire more professional staff.

Super slow service and changed the hours posting on a piece of paper. Will drive out of my way to go to the UPS store in Blackwood where the service is 5 stars.
