No there are no path lights and the park closes at 9pm i believe.
All parks were closed during the pandemic yet the ones that are open now is on normal time sun up to sun down. So wen it starts to get dark the park is considered closed.

Yes. You share that path with joggers so be careful. There are also nice, fairly easy trails through the woods between the park and the college. (Camden County College Blackwood Campus) That's where my kids learned to ride trails just as they learned how to ride bikes.
