Quest is a disgusting place to visit. I enter quest not having a mask by mistake I left mine all the way home. Not only did they not have anyone to greet me but they had no one at the desk to ask for help. When the man who worked there finally came out he insisted on screaming across the waiting room with other guest in it at me about not having a mask without me even having time to explain my situation. Then I asked him to help me check in because the kiosk could not find me appointment. He then got so angry and frustrated talking loud and really showing all emotions that I was now bothering him. After trying over and over with my conformation code from the appointment I made days ago he then tells me that oh well they can’t find it and the next time I could be seen was an hour later. Had no care or patients at all with me totally unprofessional and embarrassing I had to walk out. Give this place 0 stars any day!

I'm sure no one will care about this review because we now live in a society where customer service doesn't matter anymore. Came in to a computer to log in my visit. I had a 2 second question but there was no human that acknowledged me. So I put my name into a tablet where a receptionist use to be only to watch people go in and out with my name on the board with no one paying attention to me. God for bid someone ask if I needed help. I walked out after about 15 minutes. I know Quest is somewhat of a monopoly in the industry but how about this......give a s#$t once in awhile....it may make all the difference in the world to someone other than you
