I live in new jersey but every time I need to add anything to my account I come here. I came in once while in the area for a cord and have been hooked since. Chelsea is an amazing rep who always goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are happy.

Stopped in to upgrade to 13promax when the associate processed it came up full price so she re did it and scanned another sim and I questioned it but she explained it away when it was totaled it was higher than what the ATT website stated for my upgrade and I said forget about I’ll go up to chestnut street long story short I never got to call chestnut street because my sim had been deactivated and now it’s over 4 hours later and still have no phone service. My thought is stay away stay far away from this place
