The doctors are great. Phenomenal. I felt taken care of for all my appointments and for the birth. However, I wouldn’t choose them for my second baby because of how unavailable they are for communication. I knew to get on the phone with a receptionist would take at least 15 minutes on hold, which was so frustrating.

I love seeing Kelli Parker. She is thorough, incredibly organized and she knows her stuff. I feel so empowered as a women whenever I see her. Kellinhas incredible people skills and she really is a wonderful nurse practitioner.

I can never get through on their phone lines, and when I try to schedule an appointment the receptionist doesn’t know how so I get transferred to the nurses, leave a voicemail then the nurse calls me back then transfers me to the receptionist. The back stuff is great but their front staff and scheduling is so inconvenient and unprofessional.
