He was a terrible doctor. I would steer away if you have the choice. He really has an attitude. It's like you are in his way and he descends to partially hear you just enough to get you out the door. Also, we told the office we are a cash pay client. We needed all the costs ahead of time. He clearly gave us what he said was the total cost, then we got the bill. It was half the cost. When I called their office, they said the bill was just standard. Why couldn't they tell us their standard ahead of time?

I would describe my experience as others have, he is a nice man but didn't listen to me and address my specific need. He should have told me he doesn't have the training to do anything related to my problem and just refer me to the appropriate Dr.

The Dr and staff were polite and detailed. Kenneth was comfortable during the exam and has already recommended Dr. Porter to someone looking for an ENT.

Dr. Glen Porter is great to work with. Very friendly, professional, and explains details very well. Also, the entire staff and anesthesiologist are great!
