Only has drive through open??? This causes people to literally have to wait close to an hour to make a simple transaction or use the ATM. This has happened every single time I come here. Minimum of 45 minutes for a drive through atm.

Covid really messed things up for me and my fiance on our loan. Abby kennedy the credit resolution specialist for the concord branch is fantastic. The most helpful person I have ever dealt with in banking and customer service. She's quick to respond and works with you. Honestly would never have a personal loan anywhere else just because if her.

Good bank, Very happy with them. Have had great interest rates on several autos. One super complaint: the drive up teller process in Concord is EXTREMELY LONG! To the point I will go in to do my transactions. And always let them know why I'm inside instead of the drive thru.

Very poor. I have been banking here for many years now and within the past few months the chip cards are not working. I end up using my own credit card then have to pay interest charges because these cards don't work. Once in a while I can find an ATM that allows me to take out cash but otherwise I get either a declined or unauthorized message and I have had enough will be closing my account here tomorrow. They have given me three different cards saying it was just the magnetic strip but that doesn't explain why the chip will not read in chip readers.

Hi Michael, depending on when your company sends payroll information we can credit your account up to two days prior to your payday. It is dependent on when we receive information from your payroll company and we cannot guarantee the early credit due to that reason. Thanks!
