University Towers

UVU is considered an open campus=no student housing. University Towers is just across the street from the campus. My daughter walks to her class in less than 10 minutes. She loves it.

I pay $545 total for my daughter for a private room. This includes $65 utility payment and the required $25 laundry card fee. We did sign the contract in February. I've heard they raise the prices the closer it gets to semester begin. They remodeled all the rooms this summer and they look great! My daughter is having a great experience so far.

Its student housing so they're like 5 or 6 bedroom apartments 1-2 students per room. Price varies with a 2 person room it's about $400 a month, whereas single person room is about $500-$600 a month that includes utilities

Worst experience a college kid could ever have. Horrible office staff! Been told for months someone would get back with us regarding a very serious problem. This has been going on since September. We’ve moved my son out, they put him in with a schizophrenic who caused an enormous amount of damage; both to property, and emotionally. He ended up sleeping in his car because he couldn’t handle the toll the situation was taking on him. There were bottles of urine left lying around, electronics were stolen and put in a snow bank, he wasn’t allowed in his room, kitchen appliances were thrown away for no particular reason. This was worst-case-scenario for what a new college kid should experience. We were told we would be let out of his contract because of the issues; he is moved out, has been since February, but is still locked into a contract. We are now paying rent on two places and the kid who has the problem is now living in a private (supposed to be shared) room that we are paying for.
