I am very particular in what I purchase. Often it seems what I'm looking for isn't even on the market. I have found exactly what was in my mind at Palm Casual. The staff is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and their return/replacement policy is 100% risk free on the consumers end. I can't wait to get the items purchased. Don't waste your time running around from store to store, make Palm Casual your first stop and have plenty of time for a nice lunch afterwards. I intend to post again when the product arrives.

Palm casual says life time warranty however when it comes to honoring it Goodluck. I spent almost 1k on backyard furniture under a pergola. I went out to clean off the side table and noticed small hairline crack figuring probably from the heat. I took it in and they said it's not covered and have a nice day. What is a life time warranty then for. No I do not stand on it no I did not put anything on it heavy. It just sits on my back porch. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Very poor customer service. Item ordered went from being available, to backorderd but we will have it soon. Next answer was that the item was only a special order, which obviously it was never ordered, to we can not get it. This was from 3 sales reps over 6 weeks AFTER PAYING FOR IT. Refunds need to be a check mailed, they are 'low tech per the sales rep and can not reverse the charges on a credit card.

One of our umbrellas broke at the base from a strong wind gust. Brought the broken base back to Palm Casual and was handed a replacement without hesitation. Great customer service as well as excellent quality. Highly recommended.
