This is some sort of distribution center. Canmot pay bill even though Google and their customer service said this is a location to pay bill. Same with the Conway location . Terrible information

This is, by far, the WORST company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The behavior is bad enough in a normal year, but to scam people into late fees during COVID?! 6 months of the same problems, with no customer service, no acknowledging the problems, and no solutions. What's more, the bill says 102, online says 108, and by phone is 111. Even at 108, the 2 dollar convenience fee would be 110. But apparently basic math is beyond them. I know we don't really have a choice in Horry County, but this company has got to GO!!

This company does a lot for the community and the solar share and rebate programs are great not only for reducing electric bills but also for the environment. Santee Cooper has committed a great deal to environmental responsibility and responsible growth. They are also quick to respond and relentlessly work when weather disasters occur.

Grainger generating station was decommissioned due to lack of available physical space to add the necessary environmental facilities necessary to meet more stringent regulations but Santee Cooper is still the primary electric provider in Conway.
