Had Hudson Hardwood sand 100 year old floors, install matching hardwood oak, and install another 1,000 sq ft of brand new hardwood. Joe was responsive, knew exactly the wood and finish we needed to get the look we wanted, and his team was great throughout the entire installation. We recently worked with Joe and his team to refinish the old hardwood floors in the bedrooms of our new home. Joe was prompt to respond to our initial inquiry, responsive and helpful throughout the entire project, and always took the time to explain things and make sure we understood the process. We have unusual floor vents in one of the bedrooms of our home, and Joe walked us through our different options to make sure we'd be satisfied with the end result. In order to get a quote we will need the following: Photos or video of your project - unique features, stairs and repairs are particularly important. Measurements of your space(s). As close as possible. A description of your project.
Yes I do handle all aspects of hardwood floor and stair refinishing in the Mainline along with hardwood floor installations. For example I just sanded a difficult herringbone project in Villanova. It was similar to a parquet project in Wayne where the floors did not have a lot of life left but I was able to salvage them for one last refinishing. You can see those project, plus hardwood floor refinishing and installation projects in Berwyn, Lower Merion, Wynnewood, Gladwyne and Malvern on my website.
On residential projects, no. We can’t guarantee projects when we don’t purchase the wood. All of our wood comes from local distributors who stand by the product. On commercial projects, sometimes. It depends on the scale. Contact us, to discuss.
