We always order pizza from Santucci’s. We love their pizza. Today we decided to get a Stromboli from there for the 1st time. They said there is a $3 delivery fee. I said okay and asked how much goes to the driver. Response was quick: I don’t know. So after a pause I asked can you ask others there. After a very quick hold I got the answer we don’t know. So we go on with the order. They said about an hour. It came sooo quick we thought it was great. We opened it cut it up divided it up for three. It wasn’t fully cooked. As I am typing my wife put it in the toaster oven. Nowadays everything is so expensive. When the order is subpar or not right it makes a difference. With todays prices I am less likely to order out. When the food is undercooked it reminds me of how expensive it is. I do believe that if someone looked at the time of order and time to door it would not be surprising that it was undercooked. While I appreciate quickness I don’t want to spare quality for it.

Great pizza but Horrible place to order from. I was told for delivery they need my card…. Okay so I give it and expect to have delivery but apparently they put it through door dash and you have to wait for a driver from there … Very unprofessional. Very unsafe and the fact they don’t tell you this before you give your card information is beyond me You put my card information into a app I didn’t want it going into. Fix this asap

Santucci's makes a great pizza (and Stromboli!). My only complaint is the additional charge for using a credit card, so I stop at atm for cash to avoid the charge.

We have the following Covid safety practices in place at all locations: 1. All staff members are screened for fever and symptoms each day they come in for work. If there is any signs of illness, they are not allowed to come to work. 2. If any staff member is sick for any reason, they are removed from the schedule immediately until they receive a Covid test. If they are positive, they will remain off the schedule for 3 weeks. 3. All staff members are required to wear masks during their shift and to wear gloves whenever working directly with food. 4. All staff members practice frequent hand washing throughout the day. 5. All work stations are completely disinfected and sanitized at least 4 times a day. 6. Our front counter has a screen covering to protect our guests and our staff from exposure. 7. All guests who enter the building are required to wear masks, stay 6 feet apart, and practice social distancing. 8. Curbside pick up is available to all customers who request it.
