Got evicted for a small accidentally grease fire during the covid pandemic nothing major was burned except for the stove and needed to be repainted is all. Now me and my 3 small babies have been homeless for 3 months since we can not find nothing available to move into. The manager could have worked with us but choose not too and doesn't care if you are a struggling parent with a part time job doesn't care if you and your babies become homeless wouldn't recommend any boyd management properties to anyone they do not care about you or your kids at all they just want their pay check and money

This Is NOT the place to be the maintenance man does more than the landlord !! Do not waste time or money trying to move here. The neighbors tell on you daily, the landlord doesn’t fix things and it’s INFESTED with roaches

Lived there in 1998. Went too there lifelong learning centre. Graduated from there in 2001 or 2002???. My children & i loved it there. I dont know what it's like now but when i was there it was beautiful and their inspections were balanced and fair. If I could I would move back there in a heartbeat. Thanks again for the awesome experience that they gave too me & my children. #9H was an awesome apartment.
