I drove here for almost an hour after calling and confirming their availability and then was given a timeline of five days for a basic jacket alteration! The owner has a strong accent, and it isn't easy to understand what she is communicating. She also explained that she had minimal capacity to do anything with garments and that if you need anything one step ahead of shorter or longer, you should find a tailor.
