I don’t know why I keep TRYING to sell things at this location! I’ve brought name brand, gently used and new, hip clothes…EVERY TIME I get “we’re only accepting limited items or we have too much stock”. Out of the 3 bags I brought in, they selected 2 items for $8 that I passed on! The 2 items were a pair of Fashionova jeans and a crop tank from Shein! I had Nike shoes, brand new knee high boots from Steve Madden, and brand new items from Forever 21 my daughter never wore. It’s just irritating to get the SAME reasoning months/years apart!

By far the worst Plato’s I’ve been too. Nothing is organized. 90% of the clothes are shein or forever 21. A lot of the clothes were damaged or very dirty. The dressing rooms were so dirty. The staff was nice though just they definitely aren’t cleaning well.

Worst experience ever. I went in to sell a good amount of clothes and walked out with almost everything. It was my first time selling clothes and the process wasn’t thoroughly explained by the staff. They only took 4 items out of approximately 40+ good pieces. It was only after they looked through my clothes to tell me that they were only buying certain pieces at the moment. They also made me wait over an hour when the lady (who looked like the supervisor) told me it would only take 20 minutes and that I would receive a text. I never did receive a text once they were done going through all my clothes. It was a huge waste of time.

It happened to be on Google under thrift store,so I checked it out on my way. Not a friendly store front, dirty windows,dark unpleasant. All that singlnal me to leave, but I've seen customers in and out with bags of goodies, OK, that's a good sign. Out of surprise, it has quite a few name brand items. Pricing for T-shirt is about $8+, lots of good shoes, used, of course. And plenty of fitting rooms. I might come back again , hopefully by then they've cleaned up the front.
