Staff is friendly and efficient. Our checkout was quick. Team lead staff member with arm tattoos was pleasant, professional and incredibly warm with my family. Hopefully he is in a bigger leadership position soon!

Terrible store! They never have carts available, routinely long lines, employees who generally don’t know anything. Lower your expectations, then lower them again, and then prepare to be disappointed.

There often aren’t any carts available even when the store isn’t busy. They need to do better at bringing them in from the garage and also preventing people from walking home with them. The neighborhood is littered with abandoned carts from Giant

No, DC law does not permit the sale of liquor in groceries. They do, however, sell wine and beer at the entrance to the store as Joe states. They also have a large deli straight ahead in the back. 9th & P is the nearest liquor store, about a block and a half away.
