Excellent and prompt professional service. Our technician, Saeid, was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing, what the problem was, and what needed to be done. Any time an additional item or potential problem was mentioned, it was done in the way of suggestion and not a pushy/salesman like manner. I have always had a great experience with Magnolia Companies, first as a renter when they were the emergency plumber our landlord called when our unit started flooding at midnight, and now as a homeowner with an old HVAC unit. Highly recommend!

Very responsive and professional. It was an emergency and they did the work fast. Were very helpful with the paperwork required by the condo association.

This is the worst plumbing company. All they want you to do is purchase new equipment from them instead of doing some real work and servicing equipment that works. The problem is that they don’t have real plumbers to actually do real work. They have installers that waste your time!

Nelson was very professional, on time and explained in depth what needed to be repaired. I will definitely use your company services in the future.

They charge $75.00 to come out to diagnose. When we contracted service, they did not include that fee on the service date.
