Very clean. Staff kind and helpful. Room had everything you need: Microwave, fridge, blow dryer, iron, cable TV etc. My only complaint is that the water was rusty. The room smelled of bleach, which I don’t like, but hoped it meant it was really clean. Continental breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot but good enough. I do recommend this place.

Had a good stay at this motel for 4 days in August for my grandsons baseball tournament. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Coffee wasn't very good but our only complaint. If we are ever down that way again we would return

Nice clean quiet place. While there a family emergency arose and we were forced to extend our stay five nights. Management was wonderful and have us a great, much appreciated discount. We will stay there anytime we are in the area and will recommend to anyone who is looking for accommodations in the Cooperstown area.
