I'm only giving 2 stars because the view was pretty but the room was really grungy. It smelled bad and the carpet was dirty...we even found an old dog toy under the bed. The bathroom is old and worn out. And there should not be a toilet plunger in the bathroom...GROSS!

What an amazing experience. We stayed for Mothers day weekend and when I tell you that from the staff to the room to the view to the amazing pool and heated sauna and hot tub spa .. we are beyond Blessed to have found such a wonderful place. It is truly a hidden gem. Let’s not forget the house keepers. They just looked like a big family. Very friendly and very polite. The rooms were so clean and fresh. The pool area was so clean and very well maintained. The premises was just so beautiful and everyone we can across who were visiting aswell were so friendly and sweet. My kids and husband just loved it as well. We are all so profoundly happy. We are already planning another stay, Best Mother’s /Family Day getaway ever. PS: We checked in May 6 around almost 4:30 pm. And the gentleman in the office that checked us in was so nice and informative with the local area. Give him a big thanks for us. Truly amazing customer service all around. Wish we can give more than 5 stars. We give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just arrived home from a 4 day stay at this awesome place! Rooms were clean, staff was more than accommodating. The view was spectacular!!! We cand with a group of 14 motorcycles. Not one complaint from anyone! Would definitely return!!!

Quiet , clean, comfortable gem with beautiful views of otsego lake. Can't wait to go back. The only thing I'd change are the mattresses. Hubby was comfortable with his as they are firm . I prefer less spring and more cushion but we made it work. No biggie. Loved the place
