We do sell replacement slats for vertical blinds but that is really it. If the blind/shade is not functioning properly and needs to be fixed, you can call the showroom and discuss with the designers if it is a part that is under warranty and can be replaced/fixed as well.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all of the mechanisms/working parts (ie.- strings, cords, wands, mechanisms, etc) You bring the blind/shade back into the showroom and we will send it back to the factory to be repaired free of charge!
