The worst phone customer service going. I was left on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up, called back and left on hold for another 18 minutes and then hung up on me. The young man who answered the phone both times was rude, curt and you could tell from the tone in his voice he was annoyed.

Had an unpackaged Amazon return "processed" here. I received the tracking slip, but did not realize that the UPS staff had not put the label on and scanned the the actual returned item. Whether it made it into the box to return to Amazon or whether it was taken elsewhere?? Needless to say I never received my refund from Amazon. Since UPS never processed the returned item, the tracking says it was never shipped out of the store and the return bar code from Amazon says that it never even made it to the store. If you have an unpackaged return be sure not only receive your tracking receipt, but also make sure that they print the label, and label and scan your return item as well or you won't be receiving any refund. When I talked to the manager she said I needed to file a claim with Amazon - just ridiculous. UPS should be paying me for that item.

A female staff just yelled at me after I tried to confirm how to get a quote. Very rude. It's disappointing to have this kind of personality working at a public setting. I hope the managers will see this review.

Got to stop by on the way and by reading the reviews was little scared that my time will be wasted and for horrible experience. But nope, Ryan helped, was very knowledgeable and polite and I was in and out in no time! Thank you Ryan! Great customer service!!!
