I had an appointment this morning because I was having issues with my phone. I was informed that they no longer do tech support in store which was disturbing. What are you supposed to do? Anyway, the guys were great, could not have been more helpful, and I ended up getting the new pixel 7! So all is good.

My wife and I went in looking to buy a temporary international calling plan (which is not something the store can do). However, the salesperson got us to buy new iPhones (at "no cost). Ha! The peripherals, including screen protectors really added up. We were never asked if we wanted certain things (like a very expensive charging cable). We also were not made aware that we were buying protection insurance through Victra. No mention was made of that, at all. We were told that are next two bills would be slightly higher. Ha! Three bills later, I finally had to go online to change things back to close to where we were before. Be more transparent in the future, Verizon.

Price and transfer was very smooth. Was told by sales person that face recognition should be automatic but it certainly is not. Using face recognition makes forget log in info and it IS a problem.
