This was my first time at Hollenshade's. I had an oil change and tire rotation. Check-in was easy and pleasant, as was check-out. The staff was friendly and courteous, and my car was ready earlier than anticipated. I will definitely take my car there again. Judging from the reviews on Nextdoor, Hollenshade's is very popular and with good reason.

Old man at the front desk is very rude, but had it not been for the younger guy next to him…I would have walked out and not made an appointment. He was very friendly.

I used to take my car to major chain car shops/mechanic. After my experience at Hollenshade's today, I'll never take my car to those shops ever again. Many shops will offer Groupon and other coupons on their websites to make it seem like their customers are getting a good deal, when in reality, that may not be the case. Well, Hollenshade will offer a reasonable/competitive pricing for their services without any of the Groupons or coupons. They are very honest and just make everything easier.
