I never have any problems here. Shoe box are in great condition and the shoes are always in 10/10 condition, regardless if someone tried them on. Only complaint is the lady behind the cash register (manager maybe?) is rude she didn’t even answer any of my questions about DTLR points.

Honestly, this DTLR in Towson is a cool looking store, but, the customer service needs major improvement. The store hardly ever has shoes in my size when something does catch my eye. The staff are more interested in mingling with each other rather than making sure shoppers are getting taken care of. One particular day, I walked in the store with my ear buds in ( they never say anything to you when you come in the store, anyways), when I could hear muffled yelling. I took my ear bud out and it was one young lady whom worked there yelling at me for not saying, "hello." It rubbed me the wrong way and I decided to shop elsewhere on that particular day.
