This is a frustrating review to leave but hey this is where the consumers have a voice right......I recommended this place to a great friend of mine because she had already been through the mud with a 3rd party dealership in regards to receiving services. So I suggest to my friend to go straight to a well known dealership, such as Lexus of Towson, where they should know best what to do. My friend owns one of the RX model trucks. She gives them a try and schedules the appointment with all updated contact information online. The appointment was for only brakes and rotors to be done. The vehicle is then dropped off around 8am. Around 230pm still no word from the dealership on any progress or update of information. At this time my friend decides to give them a call. The cashier who answers the phone then tells her, (after my friend explained how frustrating its becoming because she still knows nothing about her vehicle) she doesn't know any of the answers to her questions "she's just a cashier" FINALLY a man comes to the phone only to say no work has been done on the vehicle at all, they had contact info from 5 yrs prior and claimed to be the reason for not calling, there was no more time that day to start the work, there was a diagnostics fee of $135!!!!!! They came up with a $4000 estimate!!!!And I guess he thought it was a favor to her to say they would only charge $100 for the confusion. Sir! Who Authorized u to charge me for something I didn't ask for nor did I schedule for. I feel as though she was totally ripped off and not only deserves reimbursement for her $100, but above all an apology for the inconsiderate & unprofessional treatment of the staff members of Lexus of Towson for the level of customer service on this day. My friend is a well respected business woman herself who only gives her clients the upmost customer service and that includes communication. She only expects the same especially from a brand such as LEXUS

The Car Salesman at the Lexus Dealership in Towson, Maryland, did a phenomenal job in making my purchase smooth and hassle free. He was patient and worked a great deal where my note for my brand new 2022 Lexus RX450h was comfortable. He provided outstanding customer service! Everyone there was really nice and definitely made sure that I was treated well during my purchase. 10 STARS for Lexus at Towson!
