Clean and orderly store.

The department store in this location is spotlessly clean and organized. The sales associates are courteous and helpful. Looking for some luxury handbags, such as shoulder bags, medium satchels, or totes by Michael Kors and Coach for ladies? Macy's in Towson Town Center Mall is the place to shop. The makeup department is bigger and better than the one in the White Marsh Mall (in my opinion). But the sales associates will not offer fragrance samples to the customers. There is no tech displays - a wall of TVs, mini Apple store, or Samsung kiosk.

The main number of the mall will have that info. They have listing for all departments of the mall.
None other than mask and 6 social distancing that I noticed. Infact it appeared like business as usual. However I did not buy anything
Yes
I did not know there is such thing as the Personal Shopper at Towson Town Center Mall.
Macy's shoes are on the 2nf floor and are accessible from the parking lot via escalator. It is also accessible from the garage.
The following Macy’s stores will be closing in early 2018. In most cases, clearance sales will begin on January 8, 2018, and run for approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Laguna Hills Mall, Laguna Hills, CA Westside Pavilion, Los Angeles, CA Novato (Furniture), Novato, CA Stonestown Galleria, San Francisco, CA The Oaks, Gainesville, FL Miami (Downtown), Miami, FL Magic Valley Mall, Twin Falls, ID Honey Creek Mall, Terre Haute, IN Birchwood Mall, Fort Gratiot Township, MI Fountain Place, Cincinnati, OH Burlington Town Center, Burlington, VT
The supervisors at Towson Town Center are not professional all they do is micro manage their employees and they decide to sit back and listen to corporate to make a decision to use employees in to fire them they get them to do all the hard work the employees and then after that they want to fire them they want to invest into the store but also higher last few people so they're working their employees even harder to do everything and to know the whole store which that is so hard when you only have no one at the cash register then you have to wait around and look for unemploy to help you then you have to ask questions and they only put it on very few employees the company is so cheap I don't think that Towson Town Mall sand will stay in business and if they are it's only so they can feed off of the old people that are there regular customers and have been their customers for years
In Macy's? They have never had! 😎
