I literally just left this facility and it was horrible, I came in for a rapid test. The seating area was disgusting! The chairs in both of the patients rooms were dirty. My boyfriend came in as well for a rapid test and while he was waiting in another patient room, it was blood on the floor! Just disgusting! The gentleman that done our test, he was very rude, so rude made me felt uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. He made a comment saying “he did it”meaning, he had more clients today than the previous day, idk if that’s something you rejoice about, to me sound a bit weird. I only came here because I needed a rapid test and of course for it to be negative in order to enter into Pabst Theatre. I would never go to place ever again and if anyone see this please take heed. I’m so upset, I’m very disturbed on the fact this place is still open and running. What happen to going into health CARE facilities and getting treated like a human being with respect and dignity.
