No toll
Some people are intimidated by bridges so they tend to slow down to match their perceived need to feel safe. Sometimes trucks need to gear down to manage their load going up a steep grade and that has a ripple effect on the traffic behind them. Not everyone has your driving talent mixed with your car's abilities. Kindly be courteous and consider most are driving to their perceived measure of safe driving.
