Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. It was clean and comfortable. Rooms updated. Breakfast was the standard Comfort Inn breakfast but the food was hot and the area clean. The windows in our room were so fogged in between the panes of glass we could not look out of them. They need to do some window replacements.

The young lady who checked us in last night is an angel. I remembered this morning I didn't ask for her name. She went above and beyond for us. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed after a long day at the hospital.

I love staying here every time I am in Michigan. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful and attentive. The rooms are always clean and looking great. And the fact there’s a pool is awesome. I feel right at home here. Can’t wait for football season so I have a reason to come back. Go Blue 💙💛

As a platinum member I expected to be taken care of better than I was. Placed in a handicap room that was dirty. Not even a thank you for my membership. Staff seemed generally disinterested and didn't engage the guest but rather eachother the entire time through check in.
